Student Visa

• Fully filled Visa application form
• One passport size photograph
• Original passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Data and amendment pages photocopy of the applicant's passport
• The last six months bank statements stamped and signed by bank officer
• One (1) photocopy and original birth certificate
• CONFIRMED flight details
• Details of student’s contact persons in the Philippines
• Diploma to pursue graduate studies
• Notice of acceptance issued by the school in original to the student with school's dry seal
• Passport Police Clearance
• Demand draft as Payment for Police Clearance
• One photocopy and original of affidavit of support executed by parent/s or legal guardian to be authenticated in the Philippine Embassy
• Photocopy data page of parent/guardian.
• Original and one (1) photocopy of medical reports, with an X-ray film in an envelope verified at the Philippine Embassy
• Character Certificate verified at the Philippine Embassy
• PCC verified at the Philippine Embassy

Business Visa 

• Duly completed Visa application form signed by the Applicant.
• Passport valid for at least 6 months
• Air ticket.
• Letter of introduction from Host organization in Nigeria.
• There should be no Negative report in Bureau of Immigration (BI), National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), or International Police (INTERPOL).
• One passport-size photograph (2 x 2 inches)
• Applicant's company’s official letter stating applicant’s details regarding travel to Philippines, expected duration of stay and number of entries

Work Visa/Pre-arranged Employment Visa 

• Duly completed Visa application form signed by the Applicant.
• Passport valid for at least 6 months
• Air ticket.
• There should be no Negative report in Bureau of Immigration (BI), National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), or International Police (INTERPOL).
• One passport-size photograph (2 x 2 inches)

• Medical Fitness report
• Police Clearance Certificate attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Delhi followed by Embassy of the Republic of Philippines, Delhi.
• Demand draft for Payment of Police Clearance
