• Valid Indian passport for at least 6 months
• Two recent colored photographs (size 3 cm X4 cm)
• Form V39A completely filled
• Local Singapore contact's Identity Card (original and photocopy).
• local contact in Singapore issued Letter of Introduction.
• Cover Letter letterhead stating the applicant's personal and passport details, purpose and duration of stay.
• Authority Letter signed by the Applicant.
• Air ticket.
• Medical insurance (minimum of 10 days)
• Bank Statement for the last three months, stamped by the bank.
• last 3 years income tax return.

Business Visa

• Valid Indian passport for at least 6 months 
• Form 14A completely filled
• Two recent colored photographs of size 3 cm X4 cm:
• Form V39A completely filled
• Letter of Introduction issued by a local contact in Singapore
• Air ticket.
• Medical insurance
• Country visa
• Cover Letter from the Indian Company recommending travel.
• Letter of recommendation issued by the Chamber of Commerce, FICCI
